Hey there...Did you read the Civ 1 manual?
oh,my god, Civ 2, which subject is this? I played this game when I was in elementry school! It's an awsome game and you actually can build up city above the sky or under the water if my memory didn't goes wrong...I still got a poster for this game in China.
